My Apartments are in need of REPAIR!

My Apartments are in need of REPAIR!

Postby TFIDave » Sun Jul 06, 2008 1:34 pm

In reply to Admin, here is the list of repairs for both of my apartments on Nessebar For Club. I am placing this list on view for everyone to see so that your company might feel a little embarrassed and finally get the work done!

I have recieved demands for maintenance charges and Council Tax which I am reluctant to pay, particularly when I cannot use my apartments or enjoy the complex. Yet again I am due to visit NFC on 19th July and I have had to book another Hotel due to the ineffieciencies of Fort Noks who seem unable to supply me with proper finished apartments since 1st November 2007.

I visited the complex in May this year and discussed the repairs with the site manager who assured me they would be finished by July, I have had my apartments inspected and as yet they haven't started the repairs at all.

A3/67 - Studio

* No Hot and Cold water feeds for Kitchen Box
* No water waste feed for Kitchen Box
* No Extractor feed for Kitchen Box
* No Power Points for Kitchen Box
* No Terrecotta flooring for Kitchen Box
* Loose Boiler fittings in Bathroom
* Loose skirting trims in Living area

A1/4 - One Bed

* Damaged interior Bedroom door (Needs replacing)
* Bedroom window handle is faulty and does not close properly
* Double Glazed Bedroom door to terrace has NO rubbers in the frame (Door Leaks)
* Broken Tile in Bathroom
* Bedroom window blinds stick
* No Power Points for Kitchen Box
* Telephone & Power points loose on lounge wall
* Loose skirting trims
* Cigarette Burn on the lounge window sill (The sill needs replacing)

If anyone else seems to be having major problems with repairs please feel free to disclose them here, hopefully then we will at least see some kind of reaction from the developer!

You aren't too bad, at least you got your furniture in anyway. Would some of those snags be a little on the picky side?

I haven't got any furniture in!!! Haven't been able to put furniture or kitchens in, more to the point I haven't had any use of the apartments at all, so far it was a waste of time buying them, I'm hoping things will change!

Dear Mr Bolton,
I am really disappointed from your attitide towards me and my colleagues in the complex
We have done everything as per terms in the contract, always have been very helpfull and made all required and even more changes.
Herewith I would like to confirm that apartments are fully completed and ready for you
But you will definatelly not be allowed to use them in case all discussed related fees are not paid
I will appreciate if you arrange that matter soon.
If any other specific questions appeared do not hesitate to contact us via phone or e-mail in order not to wait answers from admin or other clients from our web forum
Regards
Aglaia Ivanova

PS: In case you are not sure about required council fees related to usage of the apartment you may check what the Bulgarian legislation says to:

Dear Aglaia

I am very disappointed too. As you emailed me to say my apartments were finished, I had them inspected and was informed the repairs had not even been started.

No repairs have been completed as you stated, which means somebody, somewhere is telling lies. I wanted to organise kitchens in May and was not able too, I am hoping to organise kitchens in July, but again if the repairs are not complete I will not be able too, I cannot use the apartments or the complex at all. Then I am asked to pay charges that were not mentioned on the preliminary contract and maintenance charges for a complex I will not be able to use probably until next May (2009). I have had 2 wasted trips to Bulgaria and instead of feeling pleased I feel totallt stressed out about the whole thing!

All I want are my apartments finished as stated in my contracts and for your company to show me a bill in my name from the local municipal stating the council tax I am supposed to owe for apartments I have not completed on as of yet. in Leva!

I am very disappointed, this is not personal at all and I am not degrading you or your colleagues, this is purely business. I did email you concerning my repairs after receiving your email stating they had been done, but you did not reply, so I posted on this Forum.

Aglaia just for your information, I run my own telecoms installations business here in the UK and I could not demand any money from my clients unless they were
100% happy with the completed work.

I hope the apartments are finished to specification on my visit in July.

Dear Aglaia

Just another quick note, your company has not done everything within the contract, in fact your company has failed to deliver the apartments as per schedule, with major errors in building specifications, which not only worry me, but, leave me feeling very disappointed, particularly with my Studio apartment. Your company was fully aware that the preliminary contract stated Kitchin Boxes and yet neglected to install the neccessary amenities to have kitchens fitted, even down to power points for electrical items.

I will discuss financial matters with you personally during my visit and hope that we can resolve matters to a happy conclusion. Thank you for the link regarding Taxes, however, this link just confirms what I have been saying all along and is not an outstanding account in my name for payment.

Please do not keep repeating yourself concerning use of the apartments, if I had apartments I could use you might just have a point.

Thank you.
