council taxes/ apt insurance....

regarding coucil tax yearly fees (not maintenance fees),fortnoks have requested these fees but i was not aware of the charges,and cannot see in my contract,also the 50 euro charge for apartment insurance does this have to be payed yearly or is this opianal extra,,any feedback greatly appreiciated..

I had the exact same query in November last year unsure what to do I paid up but realised later that FN insurance not sufficient for my requirements, it shows up on the services screen as optional extra so its up to you but I will not be paying it later this year
