2. HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH BLUE EDEN. ANYONE HAD DEALINGS WITH THEM? THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT UP TO NOW BUT NOBODY ELSE SEEMS TO MENTION THEM OR THE SERVICES IE TAXI TRANSFERS, CLEANING ETC FROM UNCLE BULGARIA. ANY REASONS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

Hello Loraine and Colin

We have also purchased our apartment through Blue Eden and Worldwide Properties their partners in the UK and we have found them to be brilliant
very helpful, they always get back to you when they say, we have had regular pictures of our apartment, i cant fault them. I have had a look at the Uncle Bulgaria website for furniture but i think it is quite pricey, i have found other websites that are cheaper. We will be getting our apartment furnished next year, when i have checked out all the comments on this forum about who to use and not to, also it has been interesting to hear of other owners storys about how much they have had to pay for council tax etc, all the prices seem to be different for one reason or another. Good luck with your purchase x

Hi Lorraine and Colin,

In hind site, i would not have bought my furniture packs when i did back last year. If I had known Di and Sean at Sawoneservices.com at the time I would have utilised their services first for such things as fitted kitchens, built in wardrobes and built in Beds. Far more choice and practability. Then I would have had a look at what I needed to complete after.

Di writes a blog every day on the general forum on this site you can PM her from there.Hope this helps

Hi

I can recommend Norman, he has fitted a number of kitchens at Fort Knox and elsewhere, and if asked will provide references, he will also take delivery of and build, flat packed furniture, he also did all the tiling in our kitchen/bathroom, fitted appliances plumbing and boiler, the apartment was left spotless afterwards, he was in constant contact by email, nothing was too much trouble, and his costs were very reasonable. We also chose our kitchen on line from Helios, he went and measured up for it, went to Helios and ordered it, then took delivery of it and fitted it, so it was all ready for our arrival, all this was done through email and photographs, we never even met him until the job was finished and we came out on holiday, it was all done on trust and he is very trustworthy. No job seemed to be too small and attention to detail was excellent.

His email is clarkspropertyservices@hotmail.com

He even did our airport transfers for us at a very competitve price.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Hi
I have bought my apartment through addison read, who failed to give me any news on how it was progressing and have only recently found out that it is available. It is not yet furnished and I was hoping for some advice as I am very new to this. Do you recommend buying the furnture deals from fort noks or is there a better and cheaper way. Any information at all would be appreciated. I read on the forum that the local airport closes in October and I doubt if I will be able to get out there before then so HELP please
