Hi all,
We have bought an appt at Fort Golf club, block D7. We bought direct from Fortnoks as this was quite an undertaking for us financially, as I am sure it is with everyone else, so I felt that this would be the most secure way of purchasing rather than going through an agent. I was still a little panicky as I had bought something I had'nt seen. However when we went out last sept almost all our worry's were layed to rest as we were so impressed with Fortnoks and the quality of their complexes. We stayed at Panarama near Elenite and it was brilliant, the finishes of the appts, the vast swimming pools and the grounds which were immaculate and everything was so clean. The main thing I noticed was on the drive between Sunny Beach and Elenite, there are alot of appt blocks going up, all different styles crammed into small area's of land, but all the Fortnoks complexes are spread out with lots of space and immaculate grounds and to me they stood out and were very impressive because of this. Therefore I am convinced that we made the right decision to buy with Fortnoks.
The only concern I have is with the availability of competetively priced flights and the fact that as yet there appears to be no budget airlines flying into bourgas.

I am going out 7th june for 5 days and I can't wait to see my appt for the first time fully furnished. Yippee !!!!!!!! :D :D :D

Hi all

Have bought in C1 apt357. Does anyone know if building is still going on or has it stopped for the holiday season. They were building NFC in season in 2006 (I was watching them from the top of the slide in the waterpark)so I was wondering was it because the complex,s are on the outskirts and away from all the action.
Looking at the progress pics it looks to me to be ahead of schedule. Does anyone know if it will go to schedule or be ready earlier.
Last off, has anyone any news on the Golf course planned in the near future (for the last 2 years) by foreign investors.

We have bought an apartment in C3 and when we contacted Fort Noks they said it would be completed in December 08. Haven't heard anything else about the golf course.

Hi

I have an appartment in NFC, next door to your complex, I was informed that a full 18 hole championship golf course was planned to be built directly behind NFC, NFGC and Holiday Fort golf Club, I hope this is true however I was over on holiday late August and as of yet there is no sign of this land being developped for this purpose, the person who told me about the golf course had said the date for the course was 2010, not sure if this was the start date or proposed completion date, hopefully the latter, looking at the speed at which they build over there It would still be possible to start developping the land now and have it all completed by 2010.

Hi stuart and Shirley
We are in block c4 ajoining yours. Just returned from a week there. The complex looking great. We are facing golf course the pool was not filled but the others were. Plenty of slides benches and trees its looking lovely. You have to pay for the use of the sun lounges. They were 2 L per bed each day could work out expensive for a large family. Going back out there in september. Charlie and Pat.

DEAR ALL,
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS, BUT I THINK FORT NOKS IS NOT SO BAD.I BOUGHT AN APARTMENT IN HOLIDAY FORT GOLF CLUB
IN C4 AND I SPEND MY HOLIDAY THERE. I SAW THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO MAKE THE COMPLEX NICE.
I BOUGHT THE APARTMENT WITH MRI AND I HAD TO ORGANIZE EVERYTHING ALONE WHEN I WENT THERE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT. IT WASN'T SO EASY FOR ME BECAUSE ENGLISH IS NOT MY MOTHERLANGUAGE AND I HAD TO FIND THE LAWYER
ALONE WITHOUT THE HELP FROM MRI.
I KNOW IT ISN'T THE BEST PERIODE FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE TO BUY AN APARTMENT BECAUSE IT'S A HARD TIME WITH THE ECONOMY CRISES.

Hi Peter,
I got a solicitor my self and I am glad that I did it as she save me a lot of money and now I am sure that all the papers are correct. I was not visiting Bulgaria for that and she informs me on every step of the procedure. She also do the Bulstat and tax registration, arrange translation of the deed in English and at the end charge me just 330 pounds for that.

If enyone interested her name is Anna and the e-mail is office@legal-made.com
