GREAT NEWS !!!

GREAT NEWS !!!

Postby greg » Thu Sep 04, 2008 6:08 pm

I purchased two apartments last year and decided that i couldnt afford them both so,i asked Blue Eden in sunny beach if they could try and sell one of them for me. Nick from Blue Eden rang me last week to tell me that they had somebody interested in it .
I cant believe my look ,i have sold it slightly less than i paid for it but made a good profit due to the exchange rate To be honest i expected to lose quite a bit, I just wish i could have hung on until bulgaria switched to the euro then i would have made a killing.I cant believe just how quick it was sold.
If anyone else finds themselves in a similar situation to me and needs to sell then i can highly recommend them.
Nick has also told me that they are opening an office on site at Nessebar Fort Club and Holiday fort Club for the start of next season and not only will they be dealing with resales but . rentals, furnishings appartment cleans, key holding and inspections. :D

Hi Greg.

Not great maybe but good news that you have been able to sell, I bet that has taken some pressure of you.
Gary bear in mind that anyone who has bought in GB in the last 6 to 9 months have seen the value of their property fall by 12% (latest figures) so I think it is good news in the current climate.

i have had dealing with blue eden in the uk and in bg. I have had many different quotes from them (infact everytime i speak to them their quotes change) its almost as if they just make it up on the spot.
however, the cheapest quote i was offered was 300euros up front and 10% comission at point of sale.

If you sold with them and only have to pay 150 euros in total you have been very lucky there greg.
