I am afraid there are not many cheap flights around. From Glasgow you have Balkan Holidays also they do cover a lot of regional airports you could check First Choice these also fly from a few northern airports. Another way is Bulgaria Air from Gatwick then the internal flight from Sofia, Wizz air from Luton, but you would need to travel down to Luton or Gatwick, flights this year are very expensive I am afraid.

thanks for your reply do you have an apartment in bulgaria if so which complex, we have a place in holiday fort club, thanks to the state of the euro everyone is being hit hard i will just have to shop around for flights . i will try first choice

christine mclean - their are cheap flights you have to keep looking on the internet. 3 months ago i booked a return flight to bourgas goin out with thomsons on the 03/07/09 £93 coming back on the 22/07/09 with thomas cook €93 with the exchange rate in oct it worked out at £168. at this moment in time there are flights from glasgow to bourgas in aug and sept for 7 nights £166 for 14 nights £200 that is with www.charterflights.co.uk i dont know if that is cheap for you hope u get sorted
