We would like a safe crossing PLEASE

We would like a safe crossing PLEASE

Postby Garyjs » Fri Jan 23, 2009 10:59 am

We the apartment owners in NFC would like a crossing to enable us to get to Sunny Beach, & back in safety

When I purchased my apartment, I was informed that it was close to the beach, no mention that there was a small chance I may die trying to get there.

Once all of the apartment owners start paying council tax surely some of this cash could & should be spent on a crossing liighting, pavements, etc to improve safety near the main road.

If nothing is done, the owners (US) need to get together & say sort it out, or we will consider withholding council tax payments until it is sorted.

As we also pay maintenance fees to Fortnoks maybe a little of that could be used, maybe Fortnoks & the council could split the bill

Please feel free to voice your concerns below, this are what forums are for.

gary how many owners are you speaking for
the crossing is dangerous i agree but to withhold council tax
is not a good idea
the crossing will be sorted it takes time
as it does in any country
if it is not fort noks will lose out with big travel
companys i am willing to wait
the whole area is under development and oweners
will benefit when it is done

Dear Owners of apartments in Nessebar Fort Club and Holiday Fort Golf Club,

We at Fort Noks are also very concerned about the current situation with the difficult to cross and dangerous road infront of the two complexes. We have prepared all the needed plans and applications and have deposited them last year to the Municipality of Nessebar and the National "Roads" Agency. There will be an overpass crossing the main road Burgas-Varna - it is grounded in the plans for expancion of the road infrastructure of the resort and the region. As per now, we have performed all the required actions. We hope that the case will be resolved soon, so that your and your guests stay will be more pleasant and easier.

Regards,
Fort Noks Ltd.

Hello, bgordon88,

It just takes a lot of time for the different instances which are involved to get together for some decision, I can't tell if a petition would help.

Thank you ADMIN for getting back to us with that information as it is now a waiting game with Municipilty of Nesseber and the National ROADS agency and you agree with us of the dangers crossing this road i put a proposal to you that you put on a shuttle bus on a regular basics running to and from sunny beach during the peak season until the under/over pass is built I would really like to hear your views on this matter Thank you

A shuttle bus would be a great idea - surely it woudl be feasible with two complexes now open.
I'm sure we could stomach a small charge.

Dear all,

We are glad to inform you that in season 2009 Fort Noks will be performing the Bus service again. There will be two lines:
Line 1 - Privilege Fort Beach - Messambria Fort Beach - Fort Noks Grand Resort - Sunny Beach (Golden Fort)
Line 2 - Nessebar Fort Club - Sunny Beach (Golden Fort)
The time schedule of the shuttles depends on the load. For more information, please contact the managers on site.
