Can anyone give me any advice on how to file a tax return for last years rental income or recommend a tax accountant in Bulgaria?

You do need to declare this income in your own country as well.

The problem is that the tax man in your country takes this money as extra income, well I suppose that you dont have to tell him, but that is up to you.

if you declare your rental income in england and make sure you make a loss it will go towards your income here and could save you some money ,my english accountant recomended this as i am already self employed but best check it yourself as things are different for everybody
