3 restaurants,dentist,gym,bars etc

When i decided to buy a property with Fortnoks, i decided to choose N.F.C because of all the amenities it offered.
Dentist, 3 restaurants including vienna bar , gym just to name a few.
The complex has now been open a year, can admin tell me WHERE ARE THEY. If i had known at the time of purchase i would have bought one somewhere else, preferably at the other side of the M1 ,accross the road.
would appreciate a response from ADMIN.

We have prepared and arranged the premices for all the facilities listed to be in Nessebar Fort Club. As you understand, the most of these services are not provided by Fort Noks Ltd., but from outside companies who lease and use these premices to perform their activities. We hope that in 2009 the complex will be busier, so that these companies could see the great opportunities for their businesses and start operating on the territory of the resort.

Admin,these facilities were advertised misleadingly,as we, as potential buyers were given to undestand that these amenities were standard and provided by FN, and NOT dependent on outside people WAITING to see whether or not it would be fesible to do so,if,however,these such people WAIT to see how BUSY the complex is this year it would certainly be 2010 before they would get their act together and provide these facilities thats if they ever do,so based on this situation the comples was falsely advertised and we the owners have now to be content with a small cafe/bar which would be fine had we bought on the basis of this,also the road situation should have been sorted out before planning permission was given,this situuation in any other country would not be tolerated or indeed allowed,Lyn

when u put two and two together you realise you have been conned. fortnoks are now saying the facilities are now"t to do with them. if u look at all the empty apartments not been furnished but so called sold can they tell us who own these apartments there must be about 500 is there any honesty in this world.

Can't say I was very excited about the dentists or the doctors but I guess they are nice to have in an emergency.

Hi Admin,this is my second post asking for a reply from you regarding the lack of facilities on the complex which were advertised with the swimming pools as part of the complex we were buying into,it now seems we should consider ourselves lucky that we hadn't to wait for outside interest to build the POOLS for us sometime,like when they would see the complex getting busier!!!!!!!!A reply would be very welcome and please don't delete this post.

Admin was saying that there will be another restaurant at NFC and one at HFC.

We were upgrading the version of this forum. Some messages were lost during this procedure, we apologize about this. Everything should be in order now.
However, I would like to confirm that there will be an other restaurant opened this season in NFC. The one in Holiday Fort Golf Club will be also working.

Hi Bgordon88,ta for your post but if FN said there would be another cafe in NFC, that falls far short of the facilities we were promised before buying,i have a printed copy of how this complex was advertised initally,and this is as follows,3 restaurants(sea food cuisine,Italian cuisine and Mediterranaen cuisine) Bar,Vienna Cafe,Swimming Pools,Shops,Saunas,Changing rooms,Internet club,rent-a-car-agency on site and A guarded car park,now we're being told that if the complex gets BUSY enough, some outside companies might provide these,if thats not deception at its highest i don't know what is,this SMALL detail was conviently ommited!!!!! i wonder why!!!!!!!
