You can book Wizz air Burgas to UK return, BA from Varna return and BA have a good price at the moment 90 euros each way. Bulgaria air also from Burgas to UK via Sofia price includes internal flight to Sofia. Easy jet from Sofia thats about it until the summer season starts

All the above operate through the summer, you can also try Thomsonfly as they allow you to book Burgas to UK, Balkan holidays you have to contact direct either go to there office in Sunny Beach which is located at the Globus hotel or contact them by phone, but they are not that cheap. you could try air europe, but they do not fly direct from Burgas and you have to change with them but they do have some good prices. Hope this helps
