mrioverseasproperty AKA macanthonyrealty

If you are thinking of buying through these people you are making a big mistake.

They are liars and the service is terrible.

This is my opinion, based on my experiences with the company (which I wont go in to on here)

I am entitled to my opinion and therefore this message should not be removed.

Have to agree with you 100%. I haven't heard from them in over 14 months since I stupidly bought through them and paid my deposit.

MRI Please can anyone help?

Postby scotland67 » Wed Mar 18, 2009 10:25 pm

I have to agree with you all 100%.

We stupidly used this unproffessional cohort to initially buy with, and in 2007 paid in full for 2 furniture packages. In 2009 we are struggling to get them to admit that they have our furniture let alone install it. Weeks after numerous emails and phone calls to any MRI person we could get hold of (they are extremely difficult/awkward/unwilling/lazy/rude to get hold of) we received a short response telling us that they forgot to add 20% VAT two years ago to both packages on purchase. No appology, no explanation, just pay up. Oh and don't forget they "refuse to give REFUNDS". This has put a real dampener on what was suppose to be the dream!

Please, Please help. Has anyone had this problem and can you suggest a way forward as we have now encountered a wall of silence, and a failure to answer the obvious questions.

Even the slightest advice or recommendations as to someone we could talk to would be very appreciated.

what ever you do dont pay these jokers the 20% VAT. sounds like you have been ripped off. looks like you have to put it down to experience. i have been reading about MRI on developments in bankso seems they have done the same thing there.
