anyone know what are the maintenance fees for Nessebar Fort Club.

they are 6.90 euros a sq mt + 20% VAT. if you are a new purchaser they are 10.euros a sq mt including VAT.

Thanks BWFC - any idea on the Municipal tax, i have seen some conflicting statements and varrying prices been thrown around?!

The municipal tax is a community tax for building and garbage collection that you have to pay each year. It depends on the area of your property and you have to pay it as an owner of a property in Bulgaria

i was speaking to some people in oct and they said for a studio apartment your council tax should be no more than 75 levs. fortnoks charged me €117. and the first time u pay fortnoks they calculate 3.5 times more than it is.

I have a two bed apartment and have just recieved a maintenance and management bill from fortnoks for the year 710 euros for this next coming year payable by may the 31st 09 . Has anyone else had a similar bill and does this amount sound right

greg - your maintenance fees should be the same as last year 6.90 euros a sq mt plus 20% VAT. if you have signed the notary you or fortnoks will have your bullstat card if you let fortnoks pay your council it will cost you . so pay it yourself.

greg - just had a look at the floor plans all the 2 bed apts are about 73 sq mt so your maintenance fees must be about €610 so fortnoks are not charging you that much council tax. but it is still cheaper to pay it yourself.

greg - is that 710 euros just the maintenance fees or is it the maintenance + council tax? regarding paying your council tax you can pay it at the council offices in nessebar ( you go down the main street towards nessebar turn left at the roundabout turn right at the lights go to end of that street turn right its about 200 yds on the right )but you may be able to pay it at the post office waiting for a guy to come back from sunny beach who is goin to find out he puts messages on eye of worldwide forum.

You cant pay your municipal tax at the post office sorry, you have to go to there offices in Nessebar, the walk from Sunny Beach will take about 45 mins

greg - does fortnoks manage your apartment for you if so it is probably right i dont have a management company so i dont know what they charge.
