Hi all

Just wondered if anyone had dealt with this company and had any information to share. I am considering letting my flat through them.

Also has anybody got any sights that they would advise to use for lettings.

Thanks for any help

Hi,

I think you might find booking.com a tad expensive and they are more into hotels than private apartments. Holiday lettings is a popular site. Do a search on the internet and you will find loads to choose from, there is however plenty of competition.

One of the best ways of advertising is through family and friends, a lot of our clients started off this way by offering a lower rental fee and then built up their guest lists through word of mouth.

Thank you both for your replies. I did think that the costs were high and that wasn't including all the safety features needed.

See you in the new season

Booking.com quoted €460 to go on their website for the year for one apt. Sounds expensive.
