do you all realise the damage you are all doing to our complex with all the moaning and groaning about the complex and facilities

I am visiting my appts approx every 2 months and the site is well maintained no matter what time of the year it is
stella and the boys are always so helpfull what if someone who is going to buy or let and gets onto the forum we would not stand no chance

Fort noxs have been fantastic MRI now thats another story but they have nothing to do with the every day running of the place    thank you stella and boys keep it up

comments should be of a positive nature
if you have a problem try to resolve it other ways
if this does not work then use forum to benefit others
and maybe ADMIN should start checking posts for genuine cases
and ban constant moaners it has to stop

I agree Stella and the boys do a good job !
It is weird now that the the moaners are now being moaned at ;-)
I would say in any company there is always room for improvement.
Also sometimes group input can make more impact.

However I think on this forum (since it is a Fort Noks forum) comments could be a bit more respectful.

OK I get it now

We are allowed to say that we are happy with our apartments, & glad we bought on a FortNoks complex, & that we belive we have purchased a good holiday home & long term investment

But we are not allowed to say, if a road crossing is not forth coming soon, someone will get killed trying to cross a motorway with traffic coming from the left not the right, & that we don't like paying council tax at 3.5 times the going rate even if you do't own the property or have a key, & have to pay to use a sunbed (Happy to buy my own sunbed)

A post titled "ALL THE MOANING" is just what the Doctor ordered

I don't know why this post is called "moaning" as owners have been only drawing attention to something that is very serious indeed, children and indeed adults should be able to cross a road safely, surely people can see that this is a huge draw back to the complex, most especially at night when people are more inclined to misjudge traffic between speeding and right hand driving,if i could dare make a suggestion on the matter! it would be to ask FN to run a taxi service at night at reasonable rates for eg.€1 per mile which is the max rate in most other EU countries,Sofia which is the capital only charge 70c-1 lev per mile, which says enough,i can't see a shuttle bus service working at night for obvious reasons as in people wanting to return to their apts. at different times,if this taxi service could be put in place until the over/under pass is sorted, would bring great peace of mind to a lot of owners.

I feel sure that we will get a crossing as soon as we have the 1st fatality, so we should not have too long to wait the way some of the locals drive

I wonder why the powers that be in the council would rather wait until it's too late for some poor sod than spend some of our Municipal Tax on a pelican crossing, bridge, or underpass.

Enough said, I will not comment again on the subject, until it's time to say "I Told You So"
