hi can anyone tell me how much it will cost me to sign the deeds for my flat not getting any reply from fortnoks

Not sure how much your studio will be but allow a full day, it took me 6 hours, there were only 3 of us signing the notary that day?

Just wandering - do you meet at Fort Noks office & they take you to the Notary?

Also where is the nearest bank to the complex for changing £ to euros?

Hi just thought I would let u know the process we signed our deeds a few weeks ago all is very simple but does take bout 6 hours fortnoks will take u to there main office fill out some paperwork and take payment can pay cash or card then they take u to notery were a translator reads the deeds to u ( u have to pay her 20 euro or 40 lev) u sign then they drive u back was all straight forward oh and u need to take ur passport with u
