Anyone heard of 'Vista Capital' claiming to have buyers for our apartments ? Won't go on about there claims but has anyone had the same offer or know of there background ?

Does that mean that you have been approached by them ? What do you know of them Dave ? I have googled 'Vista capital Holdings' in the registered business directory and found no such company registered but i did find 'Vista Capital UK LTD' with the same address as 'Vista Capital Holdings', Mmmmm !!

I dont know anything about them.

I just read your first comment and I emailed them to try to find out what they do and what kind of properties they are interested in buying as obviously there are many properties for sale on my website and I was hoping they might be interested in buying one/some of them.

I got no reply from them, even though It says on their website that they reply within 24 hours.

I can only assume that If they are not interested in any of the properties on my website that they are either
A, not for real
B, looking for something very specific.

But the fact that they haven't even bothered replying suggests they are not a good company to deal with.

I have emailed them again. I'll see if they reply this time.

Spudhead, I too contacted them through their website and had a reply within the hour re-directing me to sales@vistacapital.co.uk to whom I forwarded my original message and received a reply within a couple of hours stating that they are not interested in beach-side properties at present as their clients seem to prefer investing in Bansko. Maybe they are looking for more of an all year round usage. They did say that if things changed, they would contact me again.

I think they are probably genuine and the concept sounds interesting. Just a shame our properties are not what they are looking for.

The postal address for this company is a mail box in Gatwick Aiport makes me a little worried.

I have spoken to these people and they say they have been in business for years and have sold many properties and yet when you look them up on the companies house website
it shows them as only being in business since 06/07/2009.....be careful.

I am currently dealing with Vista Capital on recommendation from a friend who met with them while on holiday in Florida.
They sold two apartments for him in May this year one in Four seasons on the Golf course and one in Paradise Verde which I think is in Bansko.
The only thing is that they said it would take 6-8 weeks and it took 12 for him to get his money.
To be honest I am just glad to get out and get my money back and have been told I will be paid out in the next two weeks will let you know
