they wanted 1600 pounds up front from me and they said that they had buyers for my apartment for 60,000 pounds - even though it is just a studio apartment worth at most 35,000
They offered me 53000 euros for a studio apartment, wanted 1500 up front. I even offered to accept a lower price if they waived the upfront fee, but they were not interested.
That was a good plan, and one i would not thought of offering, Seems strange as you say, Who wouldn't drop 20,000 for 1500 aye ??? You hear so much these days of companies refunding monies due to non-completion only to find their refundable cheque has bounced.
Hi I am new to this forum, i was also approached by vista capital and after trying to find out something about them, I came across this forum. And they also said that they have found buyers for my apartment in bulgaria and to proceed with the sale they need about 1500 euros. Whats even more strange is that during my search I have not heard any correspondence from a potential buyer. Has any one paid the up front fee? and what type of contract or paper work have you received ?
Hi sorry for not repling as i have been working away i have recieved my funds from Vista though more than the 12 weeks period i think it took 15 weeks in the end i have offered them my 1 bed in Nessebar but they have said they are only looking for Bansko in Bulgaria at the moment but will be promoting the Black Sea Coast next year As i said in my previous post i am just glad to get out though i did not make a penny on my property i did ok with the exchange rate happy days
I would not touch any firm looking money up front, it's the oldest scam in the book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never, never, never
