Technical Error trying to pay bill on line

I have tried to pay my bill several times online via the FN Website but each time I get a Technical error!!!
Can anybody tell me how to resolve this please

I had the same problem. It happened when I first tried to pay online. The reason being my bank blocked the payment. It was an extra layer of security and they were playing safe. Phone your bank to authorize them to pay your bill.
