Well, once we've been promised only WATER pistols settlement if something goes awry (cordial thanks, Linda ), I think I'd dare to voice the latest news from Igor Fort: the project includes elevators on both ends of the road for convenience of mothers with kids in prams and elderly people! This yet needs approval and FN cross fingers to get one.

Well it just keeps getting better and better,if this does happen i think alot of us will feel older then we are especially at nite time,and make full use of these elevators i'll even leave the "water pistol"at home if all this materialises,ta for all the positive info

Coupled with literally thousands of rose bushes and other plants planted by FN this year after the season (the more so if we can insist on golf infrastructure preservartion and development) our properties' capitalisation will grow despite market trends! Congratulations!

Just a quick update - construction of the walkway started on March 7 and is expected to be finalised by May 1 (info from FN forum in Russian).

I read info on another forum, people recently returned from NFC told: Fort Noks already made foundation and in April they'll finish walkway.

Fortnoks have decided to abandon work of the new footbridge, which is now not going to be built, they have removed the new footings, & are blaming it on lack of apartment sales
