Good morning all from a white Elenite,
Woke up to snow cover all over this morning, still slightly snowing but also melting at the same time. Mixed weather over the weekend, very little sunshine, rain, wind and cold temperatures followed by snow early hours Monday. Not much work happening on the wasteland next to Pfb today, ready for concrete but no show over the weekend. The roads are clearing as not too much snow, so able to get out and about. :) More snow on the forecast and freezing temperature's. A great weekend had here, and a lovely chill out yesterday. Today will be stock up day as supplies running low. Have a great day all. A few more snowy pictures posted just now. Enjoy.

Hi Heather & Chris,
Hope you are both well, not much happening around Elenite at this time of year. No local transport until May. Taxi's are available. Paco usually April May time opening, so no bars open in Elenite till then. Bars are open in St Vlas. Sean or Hez are here, they could take you to the supermarket, weather permitting. Hope to see you soon.
Take care.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
A little more snow overnight, slightly snowing now, freezing temperatures at minus 3 this morning. Set to get colder in the next 24 hours. Sea choppy this morning and slight wind. Cars are passing through Elenite, FN workers have got here, so not quite snowed in. Work continues on the wasteland next to Pfb. Concrete turned up, pouring most of the day yesterday and into the evening. A few pics taken this morning. Out and about today, so should be fun going through the new road works in St Vlas  Will keep you posted. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
More snow yesterday and very cold temperature's. Freezing wind chill, all pools froze overnight. Roads are like sheets of ice and was very difficult driving yesterday. Sunshine this morning and already started to thaw, so should all be cleared soon. Temperature's still minus with slight wind chill. Calm sea and the swans are here this morning. With all the snow and ice conditions, you can imagine the chaos on the road works in St Vlas, crazy. It appears they are now building a Lidl supermarket next to Masterhause by the roundabout near Ravda. Ground works stage at the moment. Will keep you posted and picture's to follow. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea, sunshine and cold temperature's. Lots of sunshine yesterday, most of the snow now melted and roads are clear. Work stopped on the road in St Vlas yesterday, so very quiet around there. Talking to the builder on the worksite next to Pfb and he said it is going to be a ground floor supermarket only. St Vlas have put up a few more shops in the high street, still building work happening too. Sunny beach still a ghost town with just a few building works going on just now. Hard at it on the new Lidl site near Ravda, so all go around here at the moment. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Woke up to sunshine, now the clouds have come over, quite windy and freezing. Sea a little choppy and sea mist coming over. Most of the snow gone, just a few patches of ice here and there. Some work happening again on the road in Vlas, perhaps the snow stopped them for a while. Fort Noks workers out and about this morning. More shutters going up and pipe work happening next to Pfb, going at some pace. Another weekend upon us, where did the week go, time if flying by. A busy weekend ahead, off to Nessebar tonight. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Glorious sunshine over the weekend, but very very cold, freezing temperature's and a bitter wind chill. Today sunshine, no wind but still very cold. At least all the snow now gone, roads are back to normal and stayed dry for the last few days. Lovely calm sea, swans still with us and a few people walking on the beach over the weekend. Lots of work happened over the weekend in Elenite, trucks up and down all day into the night. Still very busy with the work next to Pfb, a few photo's added this morning. FN workers out and about this morning and seem's we have guest on Messambria. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Lovely sunshine again this morning, same as yesterday but very chilly. Temperature's are getting slightly warmer and sunshine forecast for the rest of the week. :) Calm sea and fishermen were out late afternoon yesterday. Work continues on the road in St Vlas, although it does not seem as hectic at the moment, much easier to pass through, for now anyway. Trucks galore again yesterday, up and down to Royal park area and Pfb waste land, more concrete and materials turning up. All pools are frozen still, they seem to melt through the day and freeze overnight, definately not as bad as last year though, you could have skated on them. Have a good day all.

Hi Di and Sean,
Thanks for keeping us updated with all the news etc. Do you know if there will be new pavements to compliment the new roads around the St Vlas area? What is happening in Sunny Beach with the old shops/boutiques that were demolished? Will there be new shops erected in their place? Keep up the good work and we will see you in the summer at some point.
Cheers.
Peter and Marretta.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear blue sky, calm sea, sun shining, but bitter cold again this morning. Frost over the roof tops and cars, the ice is now thicker on the pools. A lovely sunny day yesterday and in some spots it was quite warm to sit in. Had a long walk along the beach, it was glorious, stopped at the rocks for a while in a sun trap, it was lovely and warm. Then had a picnic on the pier, so peaceful watching the world go by, did not see a soul the whole day. New paving going down in St Vlas by the road area, and we are led to believe that palm trees will also compliment the road side. Will keep you posted. Also more work happening in St Vlas, just clearing the area at the moment, again will keep you updated. A few photos added this morning, enjoy and have a good day all.

Good morning all from a clear sky Elenite,
Sun just coming up, clear sky, calm sea and no frost this morning :) Another lovely day yesterday, lots of sunshine, again quite warm in a sheltered spot. A long walk on the beach followed by a picnic, so peaceful and relaxing. A power walk home before it got to chilly. It's all go on the building next to Pfb, foundations now complete, ready for columns and roof. Looking at the temperature's for the weekend and next week and we are going into double figures and sunshine, might be time to get the bbq out. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a dry Elenite,
Slight cloud cover this morning, calm sea and very cold temperature's. Sunshine all day yesterday and again quite warm in a sheltered spot. An hour spent walking up the beach, not a soul in sight, seems unreal having the beach all to yourself. :) Work on Holiday fort continues, they are working at some pace, lots happening. Busy again on the road works in Vlas and the base slab is now complete on the work next to Pfb. Cannot believe another weekend upon us, sunshine on the forecast, so hope to spend lots of time on the beach and enjoy. More pics added today and on a daily basis, enjoy and have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Lovely weather over the weekend, lots of sunshine and very warm temperature's. A little windy Saturday so a sheltered spot was needed. Yesterday unbelievable, down to T shirts and shorts, no wind, sunshine and sea like a mill pond. Today, calm sea, clear sky and in for a warm one. Fishing boats are out this morning, seems like a spring day. So most of the weekend spent on the beach and quite a few people out and about yesterday. Work continues in Elenite, hard at it over the weekend. Also clearing of the beach again and piling the sand. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.
