Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine this morning, with very mild temperature. Yesterday was very warm, sunshine all day and managed a couple of hours on the beach. Fishing boats were out and fishermen on the pier, wonderful site for this time of year. T shirts and shorts again and I think the BBQ should be dusted down and got out today May as well make the most as temperature's are set to drop again from tomorrow. Although sunshine is still on the forecast. Work continues in Elenite, concrete after concrete trucks, up and down. Maintenance repairs on Taliana, and roofing continues on Robinson's complex. Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sun shining, clear sky and a calm sea. Not as warm today but in for a nice one. Yesterday, glorious and very warm, a chill in the air as soon as the sun goes down. Some cracking sunsets at the moment and the mornings watching the sunrise is wonderful. This morning a brisk walk on the beach, listening to the birds, not a soul in sight and the sun coming up. A great way to start the day. A bit busy around Messambria this morning, Fort Noks gardener's are hard at it, trimming all trees and green area's. Yesterday maintenance work and gardening going on, seems like spring is in the air already. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sun just up, calm sea and clear sky. Another glorious day yesterday, a little wind but very warm in sheltered areas. A long walk on the beach, fishing boats out and about, so peaceful. Not much work happening on the road in Vlas, most digging complete, pavements being put down, will keep you posted. Work next to Pfb coming along, columns poured yesterday and all seems to be going at some pace. A few photo's added. Off to Bourgas today, meeting friends and shopping. Stopping in Sunny beach on the way home. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sun just coming up, calm sea but a little bit fresh this morning. Glorious again yesterday, lots of sunshine, able to sit out but the temperature's really dropped when the sun went in. Building work continues at Hfc, more blocks complete, garden and pool area's in prep and more blocks going up. Maintenance work and gardens being attended to on Nfc. A fun afternoon had in St Vlas, a few drinks with friends, then home for a hot curry. A chill out weekend ahead of us and a long walk on the beach later. A few pics added, have a great weekend all. Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Sun trying to come through, a few clouds, choppy sea and a little chilly this morning. Lovely sunshine all over the weekend, very windy and chilly Friday, Saturday the wind had dropped and yesterday glorious and able to get on the beach. Walls almost complete now on the supermarket next to Pfb, they were hard at it over the weekend, could not believe how quick they were working. A few pics taken this morning for you all. A great weekend had here, not as quiet as we had planned, out in Bourgas Friday, a day in St Vlas Saturday and beach yesterday with friends and champers. Started Valentine's a little early as the weather was so nice. So Happy Valentine's, hope you all have a great day.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
Woke up to a thin layer of snow all around and slightly snowing now. Does not look as though it will come to much, but were all stocked up just in case. Temperature's have dropped and it is bitter cold out there today with cold winds. Yesterday a lovely sunny day, but the temperature's were cold, had a brisk walk on the beach, but wrapped up warm. Still all very busy in Elenite with the building work, all the vans and trucks up and down this morning, so the snow has not stopped them getting to work. So weather permitting off to Vlas this evening for a house warming. Have a great day all. A few photo's added of work in Sunny beach. Enjoy.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sunshine again, clear sky, calm sea but a little chilly. All snow gone and hopefully we have seen the last of it. It was a bitter cold day yesterday with the wind, today seems the temperature has gone up slightly. Work on the supermarket next to Pfb, coming along nicely, walls now complete and in prep for the roof. A few pics added this morning. Still lots of work happening in the Royal park area, but not seeing any big change at the minute. Well if the sun keeps shining, a brisk walk on the beach later and a meal in Nessebar this evening. Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Sunny intervals yesterday, cloudy afternoon and temperature's dropped. Today cloudy, cold wind with choppy sea. Quite cold out there this morning. Thinking we have had the last of the snow, well no, on the forecast for the weekend. Still winter has not been as bad as other years. Pipe work and drainage still going in on the roads works St Vlas, not as hectic in the area but work still happening. Still clearing and leveling the ground by Hfc, will keep you posted. Not much happened on the supermarket, got a few pics this morning. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Lots of low cloud this morning, sea mist and a calm sea. Chilly temperature's. Yesterday a very mixed day, cold with snow in Bourgas, sleet in Sunny beach and rain in Elenite. Gardener's were hard at it on Hfc and Nfc yesterday, trimming all trees and green area's. Lots happening with the building work next to Hfc, some more blocks now complete. Roof going on at Robinson's complex, almost complete. Concrete should be arriving for the supermarket roof over the weekend. Stone going down on the road works in Vlas ready for the sub base. Another weekend upon us, lots happening this weekend just hope we don't get snowed in. Have a great weekend all. Have a good day. Pics just added. Enjoy.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
A very stormy weekend had, high winds, heavy rain and rough sea. Some parts of the beach took a battering with the waves crashing. Much calmer this morning, dry now, little wind but chilly. A great day had Saturday in Vlas, party time, dancing and singing. Chill out Sunday, walk on the beach watching the waves crash in, then home for a Sunday roast. Work continues on the supermarket, concrete should be arriving this week. No road works in Vlas over the weekend due to bad weather. Hope you all had a great weekend. Have a good day. Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Bitter cold this morning, sea much calmer, cloudy and maybe some rain today. Yesterday much the same, cold, cloudy but dry. Soon warmed up though with a double Birthday bash in St Vlas. A fun day had with lots of singing, dancing, good food and great company. Decking going down ready for steel on the roof now at the supermarket next to Pfb. Road works in Vlas still hard at it, a few diggers and machines up and down yesterday. A few pics added this morning. Have a great day all.
