title deeds

Hi.
As i have paid for the full amount of my studio in January, can anyone tell me what is the best way to sign my title deeds. I used legal Indepence for the preliminary contract and paid them 750euro. What other fees do I need to pay and how can i arrange this?
Any advice would be much appreciated
