Where can I purchase Sunbeds ?

Where can I purchase Sunbeds ?

Postby hood » Wed Jul 13, 2011 4:33 pm

Anyone know where we can purchase a couple of sunbeds from reasonably priced not including the Forknoks offices, but any actual stores in or around sunny beach rather then going to Masterhaus.

I cant believe such a large beach resort and you have to keep traipsing to Masterhaus to pick up a sunbed/lounger ?

Any help would be grateful.

From next year I believe the five year discounted maintenance ends, this will more than double the majority of apartment owners annual maintenance fee

I suspect next years total maintenance collected from apartment owners will be enough to maintain the complex & sun beds, without charging us for both

i certainly don't think charging double for maintainence JUSTIFIES getting free use of their sun beds,i and i'm sure many more owners would prefer to pay for the beds rather then extra charges,i also think FN'S are more then capable of making decisions on their charges without putting ridiculous and unjustifiable ideas into their heads, talk about making a rod for your back and others :x

HOOD,

THERE ARE PLENTY OF REASONABLE PRICED SUN BEDS IN THE HARDWARE SHOP WHEN YOU TURN LEFT AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS JUST BELOW THE CAMELOT,JUST WALK UP THERE 100 METERS AND ITS THERE ON THE LEFT JUST BEFORE YOU TAKE THE LEFT TO THE BIG RED SUPERMARKET,HOPE THIS HELPS.

Linda,

That's excellent. thanks.

Could you just confirm the location/directions of this hardware store from the actual NFC complex. Also I don't suppose you know if they do delivery, just wondering how we would get the sunbeds back to the complex, as they wouldn't fit in a taxi?

Thanks again

Hood,

When you exit the complex veering to the right walk past the turn going to SB and continue on the main rd.past the Camelot until you come to a set of traffic lights, turn left here and continue to walk up that rd.past a few bars and you can't miss the hardware shop as its on the side you are walking and also you'll se the beds outside.

They weren't charging for delivery last year,so not sure about position this year, good luck and enjoy them, they also do cushions to fit. :)

Linda take a chill pill, & read my post again

I was suggesting that now the maintenance charges have doubled, the sun beds should be free

Also, if we all buy our own & chain them up, in prime locations, it could get to the stage where you are all alone, but there is nowhere to sit.

GARY,

FIRSTLY I DON'T THINK THAT I'M THE ONE NEEDING TO TAKE MEDICATION,MIGHT I SUDJEST THAT YOU TAKE A GOOD DOSE OF COPE ON COMBINED WITH A REALITY CHECK.

FN'S HAVE NEVER SUDJESTED OR INDEED IMPLIED THAT THEY INTENDED DOUBLING MAINTANENE CHARGES,SO I'M TOTALLY LOST ON THAT ONE,BUT MIGHT I ADD IF YOU KEEP MAKING AN ISSUE OF IT,YOU MIGHT JUST SUCEED IN PUTTING UNACCEPTABLE (to everyone) IDEAS INTO THEIR HEADS...THINK YOU'LL BE HOME ALONE ON THAT ONE.

AS REGARDS THE SUNBEDS I, AT NO STAGE SUDJESTED THAT EVERYONE GO OUT AND BUY ONE,EVEN IF I DID EVERYONE HAS FREE WILL AND DON'T NEED GUIDEANCE FROM ME,I WAS MEERLY TRYING TO HELP ANOTHER OWNER TO FIND ONE EASILY,

Ho dear we are in a mood

Linda I never said that Fortnoks have suggested or implied that they intend doubling maintenance charges

What I said was “From next year I believe the five year discounted maintenance ends, this will more than double the majority of apartment owners annual maintenance fee”

I actually hope I am wrong & it’s 2013

P.S. No need to shout :D

Gary,

Which statement do you want us to take, are you saying that the charges HAVE definitely doubled from your first statement, or are you meerly speculating that they will because the 5 years ends next year and if so,did you get your information from a reliable source because FN'S, the people that count, are not aware of this.
In any case these charges are linked to inflation,so Bulgaria must be going to encounter a boom that will go down in history.

Think you should try a smoke, supposed to have calming effect!!1

Gary,

I would have expected a more intelligent response, but then again from previous posts i should have known better

Be a good boy now and stop making unfounded statements, that could have potential to cause unnecessary hassle for everybody. :)

Lynda, which unfounded statements are you referring to?

Unlike my income, maintenance charges have almost, but ok not quite doubled from 4.85 Euros + 20% Vat = 5.82 to 10 Euros Per Square Meter , which I am not complaining about, & was predictable

I am merely suggesting that due to the above, in my opinion, (if it’s ok with you Lynda to have one) the sunbeds should be available free of charge, to have nicely laid out sunbeds around the pool area would be a vast improvement to piles of chained up beds with names & numbers daubed on like graffiti, & if nothing changes it could get to the stage where the areas around the pools have nowhere for new arrivals to sit, even when there is nobody around.

Sun beds are not expensive, especially if purchased in bulk

Sorry if this post has offended you Lynda, but this is a thread on a forum on a complex in which I own an apartment, the thread is about sunbeds, & these are my views :D

purchase your own sunbeds by all means, but my sister is visiting at the moment and phoned to say where do we get a sunbed from as they are all chained up round the pool, and are we allowed to move the chained up ones to get a spot,my question is are we,its a bit like the towel brigade, just wondering what others think about this
