Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
A frosty start to the day,so a little chilly, but the sun is shining, clear sky and calm sea. Sea was like a pill pond yesterday afternoon, watching the sun set, beach all to your self, priceless. Work continues on the site facing Nessebar Fort, going up at some pace. A few pics added today. Off to Bourgas shopping then later a walk on the beach. Make the most of the sunny dry weather, looking at the forecast and it's going to get warmer next week. :) Fingers crossed. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
A little hazy this morning, sun shining, calm sea and mild temperature. Still all go with materials turning up in Elenite, trucks up and down all day. Anvers by the water park has re opened, hoping to stay open now all winter. Opening hours 8am till midnight. They have the football on and only 1.80 lev a pint. So somewhere close for us to go over the winter months. Limited menu and very cheap. The new pathway from Crown should be finished by next week, they have got as far as the waterworks at the minute. Will keep you posted and get photo's over the weekend. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, choppy sea and a little windy this morning. Weird though as the wind is warm bringing very mild temperature's. Lovely sunny and warm yesterday, temperature reaching above 20 degrees. A trip into Vlas yesterday, everyone getting the Christmas decorations up, all looking very pretty. Very quiet in the streets of Vlas, never seen it this quiet for the time of year, where is everybody. :? A few friends coming over next week, so maybe that might liven things up. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a wet Elenite,
Well it had to happen, rain started yesterday afternoon and continued right through the night and into this morning. But still very mild with a warm breeze. More materials every day turning up next to Pfb in Elenite. Should start working on it anyday now, will keep you posted. The old sanitarium facing Green Fort is being demolished and will be replaced by a 14 storey hotel, as rumour goes at the moment. Work opposite Nfc, columns going up for the second floor. A few pics added this morning of the Christmas lights in St Vlas. Enjoy and have a great day.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Calm sea, few clouds, sun trying to break through but slightly chilly today. A lovely sunny, warm weekend had though. Managed to have a BBQ on the beach Friday, great food and company. Few drinks and football in Vlas Saturday, followed by a Sunday roast at the Kamikaze yesterday. It is such a good place to visit for a proper roast with all the trimmings, catch up with the expats with music, dancing and kareoke thrown in. Mean while, work continues all around, new trees going up at Pfb on the surrounding area (facing Paco's). The new build facing Nfc going up at some pace. More photo's added this morning. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
A little grey this morning, still quite mild but very chilly of an evening. Yesterday started out misty and foggy but ended up lovely sunshine by the afternoon. :) The new pathway from Crown to Vlas is almost complete, just past the Garden of Eden now. New build facing Nfc is going up quick, almost at 3rd floor level and it is looking quite big at this stage. Big party in the Royal park area this week, fireworks going off, all lit up at the Castle, a little life in Elenite  Fishermen have been out and about every morning, nice calm sea's we have had of late. Off to finish the Christmas shopping today. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Sun trying to break through, but looks like rain could be on the cards. A cold wind this morning making the temperature's much cooler. Slightly warmer when the sun comes out. :) Very surprised to see people walking on the beach yesterday, although there are a few arrivals on Taliana complex. A few waves crashing in this morning and the fishermen have not been out today so far. Well glad we made the most of the good weather as forecast are saying snow is on it's way and very cold temperature's :( but will keep you posted. Meanwhile off to stock up, just in case. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a wet Elenite,
Mixed weather over the weekend, warm and sunny Saturday, clouded over late afternoon, followed by a thunderstorm. Yesterday cloudy and much cooler, followed by rain. Today cloudy, cooler temperature's and raining, quite heavy at times. Snow on the forecast but not seen any as yet :) Work continues on the building works in Vlas and Sunny beach. Not much happening in the Elenite Royal park area at the moment. Slight work happening on the Monestry complex next to Messambria. Will keep you posted. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Rain finally stopped yesterday for a while, slight sunshine for an hour then back to rain and lightening. Some rain this morning, just cloudy and temperature has dropped a little. Calm sea and no wind, but most of all no snow as yet. :) All Christmas shopping now done, decorations up, so all set for the holiday. The shops were very quiet yesterday, at one stage I had the supermarket all to myself. A bit scary when the power went off and I am walking around in the dark. :( Today we have friends flying in for Christmas, so one of many parties to begin tonight. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a wet Elenite,
Back to rain this morning, calm sea but slightly warmer. Managed to get a little sunshine yesterday afternoon but very chilly. Seems like another project is underway in the Elenite area. The ground facing Coral beach, just up from Crown resort is being cleared. Trees coming down, diggers and machines turning up. So we will keep you posted. Photo's to follow. A lovely evening had catching up with friends and celebrating the holiday, only to have to do it all again tonight. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
Snow shower, sticking to the roof's and the cars for now, road still clear. Gone very cold, rough sea and windy. Brrrrr. We had plenty of rain through the night, sleeting late on and now the snow. Photo's to follow.
Look forward to catching up with you Hilary and Ronnie, have a great Christmas and New Year.
Have a great day all.
