Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, calm sea and milder temperature's. Had a little more snow on Saturday, nothing much and all day yesterday the big thaw was on. Roads seem back to normal, most of the snow melted and slightly warmer temperature. Still quite bitter at times over the weekend. Building workers are back to it, so should be able to update you this week. Big clean up on Paradise beach, most of the drifting wood been taken away. Although still alot to do after the damage. Forecast looking quite good for the week, with a little sunshine and warmer temperatures. Hope you all had a great weekend. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, calm sea and temperature's on the up. Lovely sunshine yesterday, quite warm at times and able to get on the balcony and have lunch. Such a change over a few days. Making the most of it, rumour has it, the cold and snow is not over just yet. Work is all go now again on the site next to Pfb, setting up a tower crane yesterday. All sites back to work in Vlas, so all getting back to normal. Even the fishermen were out yesterday. A few more swans in the bay, at least they survived the weather. :) Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Sun trying to break through, a little cloudy, calm sea and milder temperature. Glorious sunshine again yesterday and was able to sit out. Everything seems back to normal again, all roads clear, not too many problems with the thawing of the snow. Work continues next to Pfb, all go at the moment, second floor going up. Windows going in on the site facing Nfc, working long hours on this site. Most of the beaches already cleared after the bad weather. A few pics added. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cold Elenite,
Temperature has dropped again, a cold start today. Little snow yesterday afternoon and more snow over night. Sun trying to break through, lovely calm sea, slight wind but chilly. Not quite out of the woods yet. Nice to see the fishermen back out and we have a few more swans in the bay. Some people walking the beach yesterday, got a few arrivals on Taliana. Another weekend upon us, lots in store, weather permitting. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine, a frosty start to the morning so on the chilly side. Lots of sunshine over the weekend, able to sit out. Pools still frozen over but the pier and most things are now melted and back to normal as such. Swans and ducks were in the bay over the weekend, a lovely sight. Work continues all around, still hectic and all go next to Pfb. FN workers and maintenance busy on most sites. Will keep you posted. Hope you all had a great weekend. Have a good day.

Good morning all from a cloudy grey Elenite,
Lovely warm sunshine yesterday, suppose to have sunshine today but cloudy just now. Calm sea and a little on the chilly side. A great Birthday bash had, thank you all for my Birthday wishes, really enjoyed the day. More machinery has turned up in the Royal park area by the bus stop. Looks like something will be happening on the site facing the bus stop. Will keep you posted. Very hectic around here yesterday, trucks up and down, more machines, more workers...not so quiet at the moment. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Started off this morning with clear sky and sunshine. Now cloudy, cold and looks set for the day. A very frosty start, slowly clearing. Still hectic in the Royal park area, still unsure of what's happening, but will keep you posted. Also clearing area's up by Coral beach. Swan's and fishermen out and about this morning. Beach area all cleared now and a few walkers by yesterday. St Vlas seems to be picking up, a few more faces around, so not as quiet at the moment. Temperature's have been on the up, but low and behold more snow on the forecast. :( Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a clear Elenite,
Clear sky and sun coming up, looks set for a sunny day. Sleet yesterday came to nothing, just ended up dry and cloudy with a cold wind. Today a little warmer, calm sea and the swans bobbing around. Very hectic again in the Royal park area, trucks, machines and workers all hard at it. Digging almost finished in this area, a rumour has it there is going to be another hotel. So will keep you posted. A few big tankers pulled into the bay again last night, slowly moving off this morning. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
Yes we have snow again, can you believe it ? 1st March and snow. Barba Marta today in Bulgaria, the first sign of spring...mmm. Started to snow a little late afternoon yesterday, just a slight covering everywhere by late evening. Hopefully it might not come to much, but well stocked up just in case. Still all go with the building work here in Elenite, activity everywhere. Nice to see some cleaning up and bars in prep for summer already in Sunny beach. Work also started on Robinson's bar in Elenite, in prep for the season. Will keep you posted. Have a great day all.

Clear sky and sunshine today but on the chilly side. Snow finally stopped mid afternoon and back to sunshine. Temperature's for the weekend are on the up and hopefully no more snow. Still all go in the Royal park area, trucks up and down all day. More building work happening in St Vlas and Sunny beach, quite hectic in some area's. A good day had for Barba Marta, everyone giving out the bracelets, a lovely Bulgarian tradition. Weekend upon us, hopefully a nice sunny one ahead and a BBQ. Have a great weekend all.
