Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Lovely sunshine and warm temperature today. Calm sea, fishermen out and not a cloud in sight. Could not believe we had a little snow on Thursday, did not come to nothing and in for a sunny weekend. A few photo's just added of the on going building work. Enjoy and have a great weekend all. Happy Paddy's day too.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea, slight breeze but in for a warm and sunny one. Sunshine all day yesterday and very warm temperatures. :) Fishermen out and about early this morning, a few people already walking the beach, quite active around here today. Work continues in Elenite, concrete getting poured today at the Royal park area. Work men were on the Monestry complex, next to Mfb yesterday, all quiet again today. Robinson's bar have replaced the decking and a bbq area has been installed. The bar up by Paradise beach is getting in prep already and gardens being attended to. Photo's to follow. Have a great day all.

Hi Di and Sean
Is there any more developments on the clearing of land opposite Coral Beach? Do you think apartments will be built there? Grateful for any news on that. Many thanks for your daily updates and photos - its great to hear what is going on when we can't be there.
Best wishes
Ann

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine. Lovely sunshine yesterday but the wind got up and the sea got quite rough. still a nice day and able to sit out. No wind today, so in for a warm one. :) Still hectic in the Elenite area, concrete being poured all day. Workers have turned up again on the Monestry, so all go there at the minute. The pier is getting repaired now after the storm damage, so all looking good and in prep for summer. Thanks Ginger, glad you are liking the updates and photo's. A few more just added. The Aqua Nevis hotel has already taken bookings for the season, so will be interesting if it gets finished in time. They are going hard at it, so may be. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine. :) Swans and fishermen out and about, a lovely start to the day. Yesterday a real warm one, sunshine all day and a lovely sunset to finish the day. Long may it continue, quite a few people walking the beach, a good sign of spring/summer in the air. Work continues on the Monestry, quite alot of cleaning the area going on. Still hard at it in the Royal park area, concrete poured again yesterday. A few pics added. Maintenance and painting being attended to on most of FN complex's, all in prep for the season. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine. Hopefully in for a nice day. Yesterday turned cloudy mid afternoon and went much cooler, brightened up again late afternoon. Fishermen already out this morning, a few swans bobbing around. Concrete was delivered to the monestry yesterday, so still hard at it for the moment there. Work continues in the Royal park area, still hectic at times.
Annieb, re Coral beach, there are plans proposed for this area, but nothing will probably happen until next year now. If we hear more we will keep you posted. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Another sunny day in store, calm sea and clear sky. Wonderful yesterday, sunny and warm until the sun went down. Maybe the BBQ will be out again at some stage of the weekend. :)
Ger & Mike, we understand the new build by Royal park is going to be more apartments, identical to the one being build next to Pfb. We will keep you posted if we hear anything. Look forward to that drink in August. :D A few pics just added. Enjoy and keep enjoying the weekend.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sun coming up, calm sea, no wind, looks set for a warm sunny day. Lovely sunshine over the weekend, sun bathing and bbq's for most of it, a great chill out time had. Work continued in Elenite through out the weekend, concrete getting poured. The build facing Royal park is in prep for the next level. Work still happening next to Mfb on the Monestry complex. More materials turned up at the site next to Pfb late evening yesterday, so still all go around here. A few photo's added. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sun shining, a few clouds, calm sea but temperature much cooler this morning. Yesterday the wind got up, clouds came over and quite chilly. Work continues all around, more concrete being poured at the Monestry, next to Mfb. Looks like we might be getting a new pathway from Panorama to Elenite,a continuation from Coral beach, a few photos added. Will keep you posted. Be great news if we could walk all the way to Vlas and be safe. Lights also should be going up. :) Have a great day all.
