Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
A few clouds, calm sea and much warmer this morning. Lovely sunshine all day yesterday but quite chilly with the wind. Fishermen out and about early again. Tankers have moved out of the bay. All the trees are blooming now and green, the big oak on Mfb coming along and looking pretty. This weekend is the Bulgarian Easter. Most places are closed from Friday, lots of activities happening in Vlas. Warm and sunny weather on the forecast, a bbq is a must. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Lovely sunshine Thursday and Friday, started to rain through the night last night. Cloudy this morning and looks like we could have some more rain. Forecast for the sunshine changed to rain. Although still quite mild. Dispite the holiday weekend, work continues on most sites. Pathway to Elenite is coming along, still all go in Elenite. A few photo's added. Fishermen have been out early again. Quite a few visitors on Mfb for the weekend. Getting busy around here now. Enjoy your weekend.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Looks like it could brighten up sun trying to come through. Rough sea and windy but quite mild. Very mixed weather again over the last few days. Some hot and sunny, some with rain and thunder. A lovely Easter break had, a few party's and a bbq with great company. Work continues in Elenite, attending to more new paths by the bus stop area. Very busy in Sunny beach now in prep of the season and a few more places opening up. Pools getting cleaned on Mfb. Sill working on the path way from Crown resort to Elenite. Its all go around here. Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, rough sea, wind and a little chilly. Although the sun is trying to come out. Rain over night. Shocking ! Cleaning of the beach in progress on Paradise beach. Pumping more sand from the sea, creating more beach. More digging has started in Royal park area. The main road into Elenite has been closed this morning, so all traffic to use the other road which is getting very un safe to use day by day. Will keep you posted on that one ! Aqua Nevis hotel coming along, a few pics just added. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea, slight breeze but in for a lovely sunny warm day. Mixed weather again over the last few days, sunshine, wind, rain with mild temperature's. Chilly at time and early evening quite cold. Still chaos around here with the road issue. Main road still closed, all traffic including big trucks having to use the small un safe road. A new road is now getting done via the Royal park area, so we will have another access road to Elenite. This road is said to be up and running by mid May. A few pics added and will keep you posted. Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, slight breeze and in for a warm one today. Lovely sunshine yesterday, breezy at times with a few clouds but warm enough to sit out and catch up on some sunbathing. Fishermen out and about early today, more dolphins sighted over the weekend. Still pumping in sand to the beach up by Panorama complex. Road still chaos up at the Elenite end. Lots happening in Vlas and Sunny beach in prep of the season. Aqua Nevis, still hard at it and balcony's now taking shape. Hope you all had a great weekend. Have a good day all.

Sunshine, calm sea, looks set for another warm day. Very warm and sunny yesterday, temperature's reaching 25. Fishermen out and about early, all the locals waiting on the pier for the catch of the day. The new road into Elenite really coming along and taking shape. More new shops getting put up in the Royal park area. Pics just added. Sunny beach getting busy now with more shops and bars opening. Really picking up now for the season. Have a great day all.

Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine. Looks set for another warm one. Yesterday morning was glorious, then clouded over and looked like rain, but by late afternoon the sun was back out with really warm temperature's. Work in Elenite continues, big trucks up and down all day. Sand still being pumped onto the beach at Paradise beach. The beach shack by Panorama getting started on the re build. Gardener's were hard at it on Messambria yesterday. St Vlas getting really busy now and a great night out had with friends last night. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
A few clouds about, sun shining, calm sea and the dolphins have been around all morning. A lovely start to the day. Very warm temperature's yesterday, sun shine all day but a little windy late afternoon. Aqua Nevis hotel facing Nfc really coming along now, pool area getting tiled. Furniture and beds turning up, cleaning and preping in the reception area. Bar and shop on Nfc due to open next week all being well. Shop open on Hfc, bar to open around the 15th May. Will keep you posted. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and sunshine. Just how it started yesterday, but by mid morning the wind got up and clouded over. Cooler temperature's by late afternoon followed by rain. Bonus though for yesterday morning the dolphins were swirling around in the bay for over 2 hours, just so lovely to watch. Still all go on the work front in Elenite, trucks galore all day long. Gardener's hard at it on Messambria, all area's getting sprayed. Another weekend upon us, lots in store, plenty of faces now here for the season. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea and very warm. Temperature reaching 30 degrees yesterday, really hot and sunshine all day. Most pools on all FN complex's are up and running now for the season. Dolphins have been out all weekend. Lots of visitors on Messambria, quite busy around here now. It is a holiday in Bulgaria today and tomorrow, so quiet on the building front. More bars and shops opening up for the holiday. St Vlas day Wednesday, stalls and games getting set up. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day.

Clear sky, calm sea, warm temperature's and in for a hot one today. Very hot yesterday, a little cooler on the beach with the breeze. Dolphins were out most of the day again, wonderful to sit and watch. New road into Elenite coming along, should be up and running soon. Will keep you posted. More shops going up by the Royal park area and more new pavements. Sand still getting pumped onto Paradise beach. Beach shack by Panorama complex coming along. Clear sky, calm sea, sunshine and dolphins. Lovely hot temperature's, plus 30 degrees yesterday and shade was needed. Looks set for another scorcher today. Off into Vlas for St Vlas day, should be a great day with dancing, stalls, food and drinks. Work continues in Elenite with the new road, laying out for the pool on the complex next to Pfb. Supermarket due to open by mid May, will keep you posted. Quite busy around here at the moment, a few tourist and people on the beach. Pools on Mfb all filled and ready to go. Have a great day all. Good morning all from a hot Elenite,
Very hot temperature's, calm sea, clear sky and dolphins. Summer is in the air, everywhere now getting busier by the day. Lots of prepping happening for the season. More people turning up and plenty on the beaches. Just need a few more bars to open in Elenite. Should be any day now for Robinson's bar to open. Will keep you posted. Cannot believe how hot the temperature's are for early May. But not complaining. A great day had for St Vlas day, singing, dancing and fireworks. Have a great weekend all.
