RENTALS IN MARINA VFB

DID ANYONE MANAGE TO RENT OUT THEIR APARTMENT/S IN MARINA THIS YEAR,IF SO WAS IT PRIVATELY OR THROUGH A COMPANY?I HAVE A TWO BED TWO BATHROOM APARTMENT IN THE COMPLEX BUT I AM CONCERNED THAT THE RENTALS MAY NOT BE THERE!!!!!

I did get some rentals privately. Also had lots of inquiries for next year but nothing secured yet. It could be just other owners fishing for info.! I think next year will be good as Crown and Imperial will be complete and the area will not look like a building site.

Hi I signed up with BPM management company on site at Panorama when I was out there beginning of August. I didnt really expect any rental for this year but they managed to rent it out for approx 15 days which I was very pleased about. Not yet confident in their running of things but will be able to see better next year how things go.

Vstride, there has been lots of negative reports about this company, if you check out mybulgaria & bulgariansun.net there are lots of threads about BPM. I would tread with great care !
