When you say Property management company , do you mean to rent it out for you, or just look after it with the cleaning and laundry etc.?

Just the cleaning.

Plenty out there Mark, but what you need is the one that most people on your complex trust.
So it's a bit of legwork on your part, which is normally done face to face, better when out there yourself.
Just remember you have always got Fort Noks to fall back on, although a bit pricey at 60 euros plus linen.

My username is Ripleyowl, there's loads of info regarding Bulgaria on it, although the Fort Noks site is always going to be better with reference to our complexes.

Thanks, when we were over there, we by chance met a couple that did this, they are called "Jolly's" We had a brief chat with them, and have spoken to them since we have been back, I think we are going to stick with them.
