Fees 2011

We have recieved our fees for 2011 and have to be paid by end of May, the maintenance has not increased from last year. We only signed for our apt last year so our municipal and garbage tax was high so we knew it would be a lot lower for this year. This year fortnoks are charging us 73.52 euro to pay this for us, is it cheaper for us to do this ourselves?

First you need to pay your poll tax before end of may otherwise you will be charged for late payment this can be paid in nessebar if you cant get over do you no any body going over as they can pay this for you. second maintenance last year we just email head office to say we wont be over till end of june they said thats ok pay then.

Do you know how much the municpal tax is if we went into Nessebar and pay this ourselves.

last year we paid 44levs that because there are 2 names on the deeds

the municipal tax is one charge and it is divided equally between however many names are on the deeds, and there is no late payment fine as long as it is payed before the end of the year

just had email for maintenance municipal tax fee for insurance &reading water meter from teodor all from 01.06.2011 -31.05.2012, below reads please be advised that the aforemention should be paid no later than 31.05.2011, interest will be calculated over the principal, in case owner delays to pay the listed above fees & taxes in the relevant term.

If you have not completed on your apartment (ie fully paid to fornoks and notary completed), then you have to pay fort noks as apparently they have to pay some other municipal tax complex wide on apartments that are not "notarised" - and thats the reason the amount due is higher than you would expect.

The year after you complete notary you can pay direct the municipal tax to the nessebar office yourself. You can still pay at this stage via fornoks, think they charge you 20 euros for the pleasure of paying in their office rather than going down yourself to Nessebar an doing yourself. That was my experience last year.

I will be going myself to Nessebar to pay for my apartments in NFC this summer and yes there is no fine as far as I recall if you pay it within the same year as its due

There is a charge for late payment at the Municipal office but it is only small.

Hi.

Yes you can pay the fees over the net. If you go to the front page of Fort Noks there is a "star" on the left side saying Online Payment. When i paid, I needed a 5 digit code wich I got from holiday@fortnoks.org. And you need to pay in BGN not Euro. And then I got a confirmation email. Easy
